Location: Head Office-Phnom Penh
- Report to: Unit Manager of ITD for Server Infrastructure
- Deadline: 24-May-2020
* Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitoring Server Operation services for but not limited to File server, Microsoft Exchange, Domain Controller, Skype for business and some Linux server such as Red Hat Enterprise, Ubuntu Server.
- Manage and Deploy OS security patch update for known vulnerability (security, critical, moderate…) for above server system.
- Manage set up new server hardware and applications.
- Manage troubleshooting to related server services and system.
- Support users’ request related server services.
- Fully support, configure, maintain and upgrade corporate with networks team and in-house servers.
- Prepare and manage documents and logs related server services of both Window and Linux.
- Work as team to support users and report to Manager.
- Resolve problems reported by end users.
- Perform other task assigned by supervisor.

* Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree of information technology or related field is required.
- At least 02 years experience with both Linux and Windows server administration.
- At least 02 years experience with the implementation and management of some server system such as active directory and Microsoft Exchange.
- Ability to build server functionality and monitor services in enterprise environment.
- Good communication both Khmer and English.
